Meet Karna
A little about me… I am a born and raised Californian, currently living in Dallas, Texas. I studied Public Relations, Advertising, and English at SMU, while also serving as a member of Alpha Chi Omega. I love to stay active, eat delicious foods, sing country music 24/7, and travel to both new and familiar places. I am a beach girl through and through, but that doesn’t mean I’ll turn down a weekend going someplace new. I am constantly on the lookout for new gluten-free foods to try and new cities to explore. Why I Blog
The best leaders lead by example, and the best way I communicate is through writing. That is why I want to document my experiences through published writing, in the hopes that someone else can learn from or be inspired by my adventures.

I have Celiac, which prevents me from processing gluten properly. After 4 years of being gluten-free, I have found some great recipes and products. Find them here.
I was born and raised in Orange County, California, but I moved to Dallas, TX to attend Southern Methodist University. I love the city so much that I convinced the whole family to move out to Texas!

I love to travel. My goal is to visit all 50 states and every continent.
