I recently participated in a contest put on by D Magazine that challenged participants to visit 16 of the coolest spots in Dallas and take pictures of their experience. As a college student with little free time and no car, I haven't taken the time to explore as much of Dallas as I would have liked, but I recently took a Friday afternoon and decided to go for it. I can promise you that it was one of my favorite days in Dallas in my year and a half of living here! I wanted to share some of the spots I visited that were inspired by this challenge. I also encourage you to look at their "52 Things You Must Do In Dallas" list if you are ever looking for somewhere new to explore.
1. Trinity Grove
The view is amazing during the day, but at night the city lights up and will take your breath away

2. The Original Pegasus

3. American Flag Mural, Deep Ellum

4. Bank of America Plaza

5. Magnolias Coffee Shop

6. Thanksgiving Chapel

7. Stir's Staircases, Deep Ellum

8. Stir's Rooftop, Deep Ellum

9. The Eye, Downtown Dallas

10. Random tiled wall Downtown!
