If you are ever nearby Ladera Ranch in Orange County, California, you need to stop by Lola's Cafe for either breakfast or lunch. Fresh food, beautiful food presentation, and caring employees are all part of what makes me enjoy returning to this delicious cafe. My sister, Kelley, and I stopped in for breakfast, which is served until 11:00 a.m. I have also eaten here for lunch and my experience and food was just as satisfying.

Kelley ordered the Avocado Toast, which can be served on multiple kinds of bread. Featured below is the Avocado Toast which had smashed avocado, crushed hemp seeds, cherry tomatoes, micro greens, red pepper flakes, lemon infused olive oil, and a dash of salt, all served on a french baguette. This can also be served on gluten free, multi-grain, or rustic artisan bread.

I chose Lola's Breakfast Burrito, which was made of free range eggs, gruyere cheese, turkey bacon, avocados, sweet potato tater tots, pico de gallo, aioli, all wrapped in a spinach tortilla. The eggs in my burrito were cooked in a hard boiled egg style, and the sweet potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. I couldn't finish my entire burrito but picked out the sweet potatoes and finished them off because they were that good!

For the lunch crowd, or those eager to have dessert in the late morning, they also have a good selection of tasty treats to cool their customers off on hot days like today!

Lola's Cafe also serves all of their dishes on beautiful wood planks that cause every item on the menu to photograph perfectly. They also serve hand crafted lattes and including a lavender latte. I would highly recommend this place to people looking for fresh items and friendly people. Don't shy away if you're gluten free or dairy free, there is almond milk available for their granola dish and their drinks, plus gluten free bead for their toast and sandwiches.
