Located in Newport Beach, California, this gem is one you cannot miss if you ever visit the Newport area. Before you even take a bite of your food, they make you want to come back and revisit the bright and welcoming atmosphere.

This gem has a plethora of teas, coffees, kombucha, and other drinks like their house made watermelon lemonade. All of their drinks can be made with dairy free milk options like almond milk and coconut milk. Featured below is the Iced Vanilla Latte.

Serving fresh, colorful breakfast and lunch items, Haute Cakes will leave you licking your plate wishing you had more of these amazing flavors. My breakfast consisted of the Avocado Toast on wheat bread. This item is topped with eggs any style, I got them poached, along with arugula, salt, and an olive oil glaze. The toast comes with either breakfast potatoes or fruit, both of which are delicious.

I also got to try their Blueberry Oatmeal Haute Cakes that are gluten free and amazing. I can usually tell the difference between something that is gluten filled versus gluten free, and these were so good that I would pick them over pancakes with gluten. These cakes come in a stack of either 2 or 4. Personally, the stack of 2 cakes was the perfect amount.
