Not every holiday party requires an ugly Christmas sweater! I want to give you some styling ideas on how to be festive, stylish, and comfortable for your next holiday event. Below, I featured some of the outfits that I have worn recently for birthday parties, dinner parties, and nights out that are perfect holiday outfits. A lot of the items I am wearing are still available to purchase, so click any red item to shop!

First up is this adorable metallic and blush pink skirt with my new favorite party top, both from Dear Hannah (and hopefully both will be restocked soon). The top is a halter with an adjustable strap to make it fit every person just right! This shirt hangs beautifully and comes in black and white as well as the grey color. If you live somewhere chilly, pair this skirt and top with a fuzzy jacket and tie the look together with a pair of block nude heels to create the perfect holiday outfit.

I struggle with balancing a love for skirts and trying to keep my legs warm. My solution: over the knee boots. These boots act as a second pair of pants and help keep me warm while still looking dressed up and stylish. I love wearing my boots with a skirt, especially this snake print one, and adding a black sweater. I always like matching my shoes to my sweater for a more put-together
holiday outfit.

Here is another holiday outfit that includes a skirt with over the knee boots and a sweater, but wearing a red or green skirt instantly amps up your level of festivity.

As another holiday outfit, I wanted to highlight this red skirt but with a lighter outfit and my new personalized bag. Wearing one color throughout your outfit and adding one pop of color with a single article of clothing instantly creates a "she's got her life together" vibe. If you're heading to a holiday party for work or any classier event, this is a look I recommend.

As a final feature, this new bag of mine deserves a description of its own. I designed this bag with Barrington Gifts as a new bag for school and work, but it also serves as a large purse that is the perfect size for transporting a small gift or some flowers and a bottle of wine to your next holiday event. These bags come in multiple sizes, but the Savannah Zippered Tote is the perfect size for carrying a computer, a water bottle, textbooks, and a puffy jacket as I go from school to class to holiday events.
As always, thank you for reading about how I style a holiday outfit and I hope you enjoyed seeing some aspects of my holiday style!
